I know getting through the lockdown is not easy to everyone, but hopefully we are able to get back to school next week. Meanwhile, take good care of yourself and those who are in your bubble.
I designed these activities for you to keep yourself active whether you are able to get outside or not. Join me in these challenges and we will soon get out of this lockdown becoming physically and mentally healthier.

Kia ora Helen - this is awesome! Thanks so much for posting a 7-Day Fitness Challenge onto your Blog! I will do this with my own children. It is so important to keep active. I like how you have added a day to the chart where you can design our own challenge! Sounds like fun. Take care. Jen

ReplyDeleteThank you for your suggestion. Yes, next time I would set a more specific goal for our class to complete. The 15km bike ride sounds like a good idea to start! I wonder how many students will be able to achieve that.
