Day 1 - Your new fitness journey begins at home

Kia ora everybody,

I hope you all have had a productive morning so far. As promised, this is my first workout of the 7-day fitness challenge. Let's do this together and let me know how you feel after your first day.

Remember, you can always go for another round if you're after more challenge.

I am looking forward to seeing how you make it till the end.

    I am glad you liked my video. Yes I am planning to film myself doing each day of the challenge. I will email you the videos I already did.
    I don't play any sport at all but I used to go to gym frequently and do a bit of weight lifting. I haven't got time to get back to gym since I moved down here but I still want to keep the spirit up by doing some home workout.
    I hope you find my videos useful for yourself. Have a lovely day and enjoy the sun outside!
