Day 4 - DIY

Kia ora everyone,

I hope you had a wonderful weekend. Let's get back to our 7-day fitness challenge to give your body a little push and ready to rock and roll!

Today is creating your own workout so feel free to post your own workout video and challenge your family and friends to follow your plan. Let's see whether they can finish it!

My workout today is a quick set of 6 exercises of abs workout. I always love the feeling when my abs are on fire. If you still haven't got any idea for today's plan, you can refer to my video.

Day 2 - Keep up the good work!

A heavenly Filipino cuisine experience

Today is my flatmate's birthday and I feel so lucky to try her homemade food. She did the food prep the night before and spent the whole morning cooking all of these amazing foods. Believe me when a Filipino cooks, they can feed the whole village. Pork and chicken wings were marinated the night before. We had spaghetti bolognese, creamy mushroom and cheese pasta, spring rolls, grilled chicken wings, grilled pork, BBQ pork, burger steak with creamy mushroom sauce and sour jackfruit soup with pork roast. The pasta and jackfruit soup turned out to be my favorite. Vietnamese also have our jackfruit soup but the Filipino version is quite different. It is sour due to the vinegar addition. The special thing about this soup is we cannot use ripe jackfruit because of its sweetness, instead, young unripe jackfruit leaves the soup a mildly fruity flavor that can be easily seasoned according to one's taste.
